Nogales Unified School District #1 will be enrolling children eligible to attend Kindergarten during the 2026-2027 school year, starting February 17, 2026, through March 6, 2026. Children must be five years old before September 1, 2026, to be eligible for enrollment. Registration will take place at the NUSD #1 Registration Office, 351 W Plum St., Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Students in grades 3–5 are invited to submit their recipes using the QR code on the flyer or by completing a recipe card, which can be picked up from the elementary school lunch clerks. The deadline for recipe submissions is Friday, February 13, 2026.
One lucky winner from each elementary school will be selected as a finalist to compete at Nogales High School on March 4, 2026.
