Together with other NUSD's chorus members, our Welty Chorus brought the holiday cheer to the state capitol in Phoenix this past Friday🎶! A huge thank you to all who made this magical performance possible❤️!

Today, the incredible Welty Chorus spread holiday magic throughout our community! 🎄 Together with other schools' talented singers, they filled hearts with joy and filled the air with the sounds of the season. A huge thank you to each and every member of the chorus for representing Welty with such pride and talent! You all were absolutely amazing✨! And of course, a heartfelt thank you to their inspiring director, Mr. Moehlman, for guiding these talented singers. Way to go, Roadrunners! We're so incredibly proud of you❤️💚🤍!

Nattaly Rodriguez was honored this Tuesday at the 2024 OELAS Conference in Phoenix. Nattaly was one of four winners of the Student Success Story award. This award is given to students who have noteworthy accomplishments in English language acquisition and academic achievement. We are so proud of Nattaly for earning this special award. Congratulations to this shining star and her amazing, supportive family! 💛

Raul Cisneros Panduro, our incredible Roadrunner, has been honored as an Honorable Mention Arizona EL Student Success Story for the 2024 OELAS Conference🌟. From a record number of nominations, Raul emerged as a true success story. His commitment to learning and personal growth is truly inspiring. To honor his success, Raul will be featured on the OELAS website.  Additionally, he will receive a plaque commemorating his accomplishment.  Congratulations to Raul and his family, we are so proud 💛!
