Our first early release is tomorrow, Wednesday, August 14th.
Congratulations to our amazing first grade teacher, Mrs. Gigi Gonzales, who proudly represented our school as Teacher of the Year at the 2024 Santa Cruz County Teacher of the Year Ceremony💕🥳! We couldn't be more proud of her tireless efforts and dedication to our students, consistently going above and beyond to support students, parents, and staff alike. We are so lucky to have her as part of our Welty family 💛.

Good afternoon Welty Family,
Happy first day of school! We're proud of how well our students did today!
As a reminder, we have regular dismissal today at 2:45 pm. Early Release begins next Wednesday.
We will see you at the pick-up area! Staff will be with our students on the bus as well! Remember we love our Welty Familia MUCHOTE! 💛🥰
Thank you to those parents and students who attended our Meet Your Teacher event this afternoon. It was a great success!
Remember that Breakfast in the Classroom begins at 7:30 am and classes begin at 7:45 am tomorrow.
For the safety of our staff and entire Welty community, only Kindergarten parents will be allowed to drop off their students at their classrooms and stay for only a few minutes for the rest of this week.
