The spring sports season begins next Monday, February 9th! All students interested in baseball, softball, tennis, or track & field must have a completed Athletic Packet on file with the NHS Athletic Department. Athletic Packets are available at the NHS front office with Ms. Gastelum.

Mr. Rubin and band students traveled to Palo Verde High School last weekend for AMEA South Regional Band Auditions., with 5 students selected to perform with the AMEA Regional Band next month! 3 students were selected for the top 3 spots in clarinet!

Apache Jazz at the ABODA All State Jazz Festival! Apache Jazz students and Director Mr. Belletti spent the back half of this week at the festival, held at the Mesa Arts Center in Mesa, AZ. Students had the opportunity to meet experienced art and clinician for the 2026 festival, Francisco Torres. A great experience for Mr. Belletti and Apache Jazz students!

Students in grades 3–5 are invited to submit their recipes using the QR code on the flyer or by completing a recipe card, which can be picked up from the elementary school lunch clerks. The deadline for recipe submissions is Friday, February 13, 2026.
One lucky winner from each elementary school will be selected as a finalist to compete at Nogales High School on March 4, 2026.
