Per Arizona Revised Statutes § 15-242.01 (Arizona Healthy Schools Act), all treats shared at public schools during the regular school day must be free from 11 specific ultra-processed additives and synthetic dyes (like Red 40, Yellow 5, Blue 1, and titanium dioxide).
