This trusted adult could be a parent, relative, teacher, counselor, or spiritual leader, for instance. It's essential for all of us to prioritize self-care and focus on our physical and emotional well-being. While academics and life goals are important, establishing a strong foundation will help us achieve those aspirations. September is recognized as Mental Health and Suicide Awareness Month. During our parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, September 19th, community organizations will be present to provide valuable information in support of this important month.
