Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are writing to remind you about a Mary L. Welty Policy regarding student after-school transportation and early pick-up. If you need to make a change to your child’s after-school pick-up, you MUST call the front office before 1:00 p.m. This way, we can give your child and their teacher a message promptly. Alternatively, you may send a note with your child. Your child must bring the note to the office, and we will make sure the teacher is notified. If your child needs to be taken out of school early, we will also ask that you contact us before 1:00 pm so we can prepare for your arrival. This way, teachers can give out homework for the missed class time.
It is crucial that we do not interrupt instructional time and have our students in the classroom as much as possible. We thank you for your understanding and for helping our Roadrunners achieve academic success! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (520) 287-0880.

Les escribimos para recordarles la Política de Mary L. Welty sobre el transporte escolar y la recogida temprano de estudiantes. Si necesitan cambiar la hora de recogida de su hijo/a, DEBEN llamar a la oficina antes de la 1:00 p m. De esta manera, podremos avisarles a su hijo/a y a su maestro/a con prontitud. También puede enviar una nota con su hijo, y debe traerla a la oficina y nos aseguraremos de notificar al profesor. Si necesitan sacar a su hijo/a temprano de la escuela, también les pediremos que nos contacten antes de la 1:00 p. m. para prepararnos para su llegada. De esta manera, los maestros podrán asignar tareas para recompensar las clases perdidas.
Es fundamental que no se interrumpa el tiempo de instrucción y que nuestros estudiantes permanezcan en el aula el mayor tiempo posible. ¡Agradecemos su comprensión y su apoyo para que nuestros Correcaminos alcancen el éxito académico!
