Good afternoon, Lion Families,
🔹 Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind reminds us to set goals and stay focused on what matters most. At Lincoln, one of our most important goals is strong student attendance.
Last Friday, our schoolwide attendance was only 87%. Please support us and your students by ensuring they are on time and present all day, every day. This also includes limiting early pick-ups during the week—especially on Fridays.
📌 Our newsletter is attached below. Please take a few minutes to read it and complete the parent poll to share your opinions. https://secure.smore.com/n/e30w2d
Thank you for your partnership and for helping us keep our Lions on track. Remember…

Absenteeism is a lost opportunity to learn. We can’t afford to think of absenteeism as merely a lack of compliance with school rules. http://bit.ly/1oqfID7

Every Day is Game Day at Lincoln — and that means being on time and ready to play! ⏰ Just like players can’t get on the field if they’re late for the big game, students can’t get the full benefit of their learning if they arrive late to school.
⏳ Parents, please remember: If your child is tardy, you must come into the front office and sign them in. Your partnership helps us keep every Lion safe and ready to learn from the first bell.
Let’s work together to be proactive and start strong every morning!
