Dear Challenger Parents,
We would like to inform you that Picture Day will be held on March 19, 2026.
All students must come dressed in appropriate picture attire. Students may wear their outfits of choice making sure to follow school dress code.
Fifth graders are required to wear formal attire, as their photos will be used for end-of-the-year recognition.
5th graders' families may also purchase pictures if desired.

Ayer a las 10:00 a.m., llevamos a cabo un simulacro planificado de encierro (lockdown) en la Escuela Primaria Challenger. Nos complace informarles que el simulacro fue un éxito, y que tanto los estudiantes como el personal siguieron todos los protocolos y expectativas de seguridad establecidos en la escuela.
Estos simulacros de práctica son esenciales para garantizar que, en caso de una emergencia real, todos estén familiarizados con los procedimientos y puedan responder con calma y eficacia. Aunque sinceramente esperamos no tener que enfrentar una situación de emergencia real, la preparación es necesaria para asegurar la seguridad de nuestros estudiantes, personal y comunidad.
Gracias por conversar con sus hijos sobre la importancia de la seguridad y por ser parte fundamental de nuestro equipo en la protección y el cuidado de ellos. Nuestra meta en Challenger es asegurar que sus hijos estén seguros cuando los dejan por la mañana y que regresen a casa sanos y salvos cada día.
