Show Up. Stand Up. Step Up.

Theme

Pierson High School's Guiding Theme for 2026–2027

Every school year, Pierson High School adopts a theme that shapes how we show up for one another as a community. This year, our theme — Show Up. Stand Up. Step Up. — is a call to action for every student, staff member, and family who walks through our doors.

Show Up means being present, engaged, and ready. It's coming to class prepared to learn, showing up for a teammate's game or a friend's performance, and being an active part of the Pierson community rather than a bystander to it.

Stand Up means having the courage to do what's right, even when it's hard. It's speaking out against unkindness, standing beside a classmate who needs support, and holding ourselves and each other accountable to the values we share as Wolves.

Step Up means taking initiative and leading by example. It's raising your hand to help, trying out for something new, taking on a leadership role, or simply stepping into responsibility instead of waiting for someone else to.

Together, these three commitments define who we are this year: a school community that shows up with purpose, stands up with courage, and steps up with pride. We invite every member of the Pierson family — students, staff, and parents alike — to live out this theme in ways big and small, every single day.
