The goal of our department is to make technology an effective tool in the district so our students will be prepared to use technology as a tool in everyday life. Our part in enhancing the educational process is to provide and support:

  • Internet connectivity
  • internal network connections
  • internal and external websites
  • computers and digital projectors
  • exchange e-mail
  • IP phones and other items needed to accomplish effective classroom instruction and administrative activities

 

To support this array of technology requires a high level of expertise, and we are constantly updating our skills to meet the future advances in technology and current needs of our district.

The technology department operates a help desk which receives requests from electronic forms as well as phone and fax. We prioritize requests and provide a solution as quickly as we can.

Our Mission
The mission of the IT Staff Help Desk is to provide quality service when answering phones, routing calls, supporting software, and performing ongoing operations. The Help Desk will provide problem resolution and assistance in order to increase the user's productivity and success.
