The goal of our department is to make technology an effective tool in the district so our staff and students will be prepared to use technology as a tool in everyday life.
The technology department operates a help desk which receives requests from electronic forms as well as phone and fax. We prioritize requests and provide a solution as quickly as we can.

The mission of the IT Staff Help Desk is to provide quality service when answering phones, routing calls, supporting software, and performing ongoing operations. The Help Desk will provide problem resolution and assistance in order to increase the user's productivity and success.
